DJ Rutherford, Founder

Hello everyone, my name is DJ Rutherford. I am the founder of Glassdoor Management, where we empower individuals to achieve financial freedom and personal fulfillment through strategic real estate investments and business acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience, my journey has been filled with both successes and failures, each teaching invaluable lessons that I now pass on to my clients.

In 2014, I built a behavioral health company from 12 beds to 75 beds and sold it in 2019. After COVID19, recognizing the increasing need for mental health services, I reentered the industry with a larger vision. I acquired 23 luxury properties across three states, aiming to create new facilities to meet the growing demand.

However, life took an unexpected turn. I fell into a coma due to endocarditis, a condition that nearly cost me everything I had built. This experience exposed the holes in my business and personal life, showing me the importance of building strong, genuine relationships. When I woke up, I had to rebuild my life and business from the ground up, focusing not just on profit but on purpose and connection.
